A new version of Sugar Rush has been plugged in right next to the old one and both worlds collide. But when a phantom of the arcade rises up again, it will take new, old, and a few other characters at Litwak's to save their home turf.

When Sugar Rush gets an upgrade Vanellope befriends two new racers. Then, a cheat is loaded onto the game and everything seems fine. Until the new racers are effected. In the end it's not always the hero who saves the day for one racer.
