Hi, my name is … sakuraame…. and I’m addicted to anime.

At least I am right now. I finally decided to join the multitudes of people here writing fanfiction and wanted to create something of mine own. By the way, I never really knew how nerve-racking waiting to see if people liked your work can be. All I have to say is that I’m now fully convinced of the power of the Submit Review button.

So a little about myself… I’m currently a college student which I guess doesn’t really give much information does it? I see myself as kind of an average entity with some weird (maybe you won’t find them weird) tendencies sometimes. My roommate states that I subconsciously hum whenever I walk, constantly make noises, and leave the most unintelligible voice mail messages. I’m really bad at checking my email, I don’t know why, but I am. You’d think that it would become second nature by now…

So onto my obsession at the moment…

Favorite Anime/Manga:

NANA, Nodame Cantabile, The Full Metal Panic Series, Bleach, Beck… these are the ones I can’t stop thinking about all the time…

I just have to say that if you haven’t seen NANA, I really recommend it, the storytelling is just fabulous. There is also a live-action movie out, but I’m partial to the manga and in turn the anime. That and the art is just stunning. I seriously think that this anime/manga has shortened my lifespan though… I get anxious waiting for new releases and then just when I think I’m over it, something new is released and then the adrenaline kicks in, followed by the anxiousness of wanting know what happens next. I could on and on about how much I love this story…

Oh, and I'm currently obsessed with Nodame Cantabile too. The anime and the live action are excellent. And can I say that it just makes my day when new chapters of Nodame are released. I love it. If you haven't checked it out yet you should, it's pretty high on the awesome scale.

Bleach, Claymore, Emma Season 2, Overdrive, NANA, Nodame Cantabile, Romeo x Juliet, Seirei no Moribito, Touka Gettan, and LOST when I get a chance to catch-up…

Currently Reading:

Airgear, Bleach, NANA, Nodame Cantabile, and Naruto when I feel like it...
