 Author has written 16 stories for Fruits Basket, Loveless, Princess Princess, Fullmetal Alchemist, Pokémon, Final Fantasy XIII, and Final Fantasy XIII-2. Hello, and welcome to my profile page. First off, I would like to formally apologize for my extended absence for the past year. Almost a year ago(it will be so in about a week0, I experienced the hardest, and by far the worst things that a person such as myself could ever go through. I lost my older and only sister in a car crash, one that was only out of stupidity from the other driver. This is something that my family and I have been struggling through since it happened, and it has been quite an ordeal for us, as we are a very closely knit family. This horrible experience has affected my writing greatly. My sister was also a writer, however, she was on a different side of things. She was a wonderful journalist, writing reviews for books, movies, and several other things, mostly online. She was just getting her foot in the door, and had been offered a great opportunity just before the accident had happened. She was a great source of inspiration for my writing, and I felt that it was something that we shared. Since the accident, I had not felt comfortable enough to continue writing. I couldn't seem to bring myself to, simply because it hurt too much, and I couldn't find the inspiration to move forward with my writing, with her no longer there to keep me going. However, I have slowly resumed my writing, taking it one step at a time. It mostly came in the form of roleplays with a friend of mine, just small things to keep the creativity from disappearing. Around two or three weeks ago, however, I wrote a piece(also for a roleplay) that had given me that push I needed to start back up again. I find the piece rather important and dear to my heart, not because of the content or what it's about, but simply because when I wrote it, I could feel my sister with me as I wrote. When I was writing it, I didn't feel sad or depressed like I had in previous attempts, because even though it's just simple stories written by a fan, I feel as though I am keeping a part of her alive and with me, keeping the part that we and only we shared with each other together, and always with me. Why I had not made this formal apology beforehand(as I had long realized that readers would wonder why exactly I fell off the face of the earth), is rather simple. This is the first time that I have been able to gather the courage to type this out, to talk about what happened and how I feel with other people. I have only been able to talk about this with one other person. Through writing this apology, I feel as though I am taking a step forward in the right direction, taking a step forward in getting through this horrible ordeal.
