Why do I write? We all ask ourselves this question at some point or another. Most of us will answer 'Because it's fun,' 'To escape reality,' or 'To get the plot bunnies out of my head.' While all of these hold true for me, I have an ulterior motive for writing. My goal in life is to change society's perception on gender differences, age when it comes to capabilities with hings such as work and who you can fall in love with, and getting better rights and welfare for animals. Since I'm not a public speaker, I'm going to make my impact writing? So why do I write fanfiction? To refine my writing skills by recieving feedback from the large and diverse fanfiction community that will allow me to improve.

Why is apprentice misspelled in your username? I'm glad you asked. I was young when I made my account and chose my name. I asked someone else how to spell apprentice, and that's what they told me. But you're old enough now to know, I hear you say. Why not change it? It's simple. This always has and always will be my username. Before my unplanned five year hiatus, I was on fanfiction for a while. Occasionally, I would look an author I read a while back with no search results popping up because they had changed their name. Some I was able to track down. Others I had no luck with. Everyone probably remembers me as that idiot kid with the misspelled username, so in order for them to find me again if they desire, I am leaving it as is.
