In the US, large national parks are under the supervision of Rangers, who basically make sure the joint don't burn down. A lot of people end up there as a retreat from real life, and Chloe is one of them. She joins the service for a summer, heading to the Shoshone National Forest, where she meets Max, a neighbouring ranger and they both try to unravel the mystery of the Shoshone.

Many people suffered from "post-LiS depression" after playing through Chapter 5 of Life Is Strange. So, I wrote a summary of how things might have gone differently. It's in the format of Chloe's journal, as if you are Max and found it to read her thoughts on October 14th.

Following Future Max's instructions to lay low at Chloe's house instead of crashing the Vortex Club party, Max and Chloe hug it out. Episode 5, just before the end. Pricefield.

Max Caulfield has a destiny. Everyone does. But what if she never possessed the power with which to change it? After a less than ideal homecoming to Arcadia Bay, Max is finding her footing again as an ordinary girl at Blackwell Academy. Free of supernatural abilities, she still faces many natural challenges. Max only has one shot to forge her own path this time. No turning back.

AU. No time travel/tornado. Max is an outsider at Blackwell, harassed by the Vortex Club and too shy to make any friends. Then blue-haired, beautiful, punk rock Chloe catapults into her life, questioning everything she's ever believed about herself, her sexuality and life in general. Feisty, confident and even a little dangerous, Chloe shows Max what it's like to really live.

After breaking her camera out taking pictures for photography class Max Caulfield meets someone new. She's angry, rebellious, and cocky. And above all else, she's irresistible.

Can Max find a way to get through to Chloe without everything they shared during that week and without her power? My take on the "hospital ending" Where Max saves Chloe and Arcadia Bay but Chloe isn't the same Chloe on the cliff. Max realizes that there are things she still needs to deal with and fix in this new timeline while finding some unexpected changes as well.

[Vampire!Max AU] [Pricefield] Max Caulfield stares at her lack of reflection for an impossibly long expanse of time, meekly attempting to recall the last time she'd seen her own eyes looking back at her; she'd been thirteen when she last caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror. Now she's eighteen, attending Blackwell Academy, and trying her best to avoid Fate's devious schemes.

In this story, we will see what happens when Max and Chloe leave the ruins of Arcadia Bay, and whether their friendship blossoms into romance. Wish fulfilment for Life is Strange, episode 5. Then Max realized that maybe there was another way. A way to fix all this destruction and chaos. And she promised herself to take that chance, whatever the cost. Because she knew, after all that happened, she would do anything for Chloe Price. She focused on the photograph and its borders began to shake a little. And then, she went back through it for the last time...

Set in the "Sacrifice Chloe" timeline. This will be my only entry that deals with this ending, as I don't agree with it but wanted to tell a story that ended things on a high note. Also, the idea in my head was kinda cool. The ending and what it all means is left open intentionally for your interpretation
