I am Rolllo, and I'm mostly here to practice developing characters and backstories, and also grammar. Yes, English class has always been torture for me, which is strange, since I'm writing stories... Like I said, for practice. I may be going into character development in the future, so my story or stories are probably going to contain mainly OCs. I will probably write the story in an already established setting, so that I can get rid of differences of religion/nationality/politics/etc. I prefer drawing to writing, so I may draw things if I can't find words to explain them... I'm sounding pretty bad already.. Don't judge me yet!

I know lots of people don't really like OCs, vastly preferring CCs, but one of my goals is to create characters that readers can fall in love with. I want to create realistic characters that readers can clearly understand, not just vaguely get. (BadEx: "XXX is pretty and nice") I personally hate Mary Sues/Gary Stus, so they won't be perfect godly beings. (Hate when that hot guy that saves the universe from a XXY War gets all the pretty girls in one chapter.)

I prioritize developing friendship/rivalry over romance, (you know, bros over hoes), but a hint of romance that doesn't warp the plot is sometimes useful in a story.

Please don't judge my characters too harshly in the beginning of a story; I like to develop them over time.
Also please don't automatically be turned off by the idea of OCs, because I'm all for unique.
