About Communities: Featured Story: coward's way out by SnowAngel116 The thoughts of Dick Grayson in the aftermath of an encounter with his parents' killer. I'm not much for poems, but this is written so refreshingly that it is definitely worth the read and has bits of Dick Grayson lore from B:TAS and the comics thrown in. The poem is chilling and the climax left ambiguous so we wonder whether or not Dick is actually capable of what is implied. Excerpt: and he remembers 1. This community was basically created so that readers could find high quality writing about my favorite character in Young Justice, Dick Grayson. Stories are not added simply because it involves Robin/Nightwing's secret identity and lots of angst, I really work on finding stories for a large majority of readers in the Young Justice category who love to read about this character as much as I do. I am the manager of Robin Centric, if anyone has an interest in staffing this community please let me know. The stories that are added to the community are all read by me and if the story is mostly grammatically correct, a good read, and the main focus is on Dick Grayson/Robin/Nightwing then it has a good chance of being added. Keep in mind that there are over 3,000 complete stories on Dick Grayson in the Young Justice category but only 87 works in the community. I've probably missed a few here and there, so if you think you've read a good story run it by me and I'll analyze it. You might have realized that many popular Dick Grayson fics are not included in the community, but I am also a little harsher when adding stories and deciding whether or not a story should be included. I am not against romantic stories in my community, and while I primarily ship Chalant (DickxZatanna), there are more than a few Traught (DickxArtemis) and DickxBabs stories as well. Do not fear though, it's not all romance and they all have more than enough Dick Grayson focus in them. I am not against any ship in Young Justice really, though I do read a lot less slash which is why there is none featured. Again, if you happen to find an exceptional slash fiction with Dick Grayson, challenge me to read it because I won't turn you down. Credit of the Community image goes to Mini-Ann on deviantart. 2. I am also the staff of The Wonderful World of Teoph, featuring the romance and friendship of Teo and Toph in Avatar: the Last Airbender. The nonexistent one anyway, but I support a crack pairing if there is love for Toph! |
