My name is ceaserone this is my story of growing up in the once peaceful Pax Economica.

When I was younger I remember my father never being home. I always wondered what he did and when I asked he always replied with “One day you will know son.” I asked him “Know what?” “Know what I do will hopefully be for a good cause, will help people and make Pax Economica a better place.”

Being so confused I had to find out for myself.

It was a Sunday. Beautiful sunny day no school and I had awaken a little earlier than usual. Most of the time I would go out and play. But today was going to be different. As I began to get up I heard a loud bang on the door. “Kojimm wake up….”
I recognized the voice from a few of my father’s work parties. It was his best friend Solo. Solo also had a son about my age. We would play near the stream close to our home, and watch the girls run by splashing water all over the place. I jumped up thinking maybe his son was with him, I ran to the window and to my surprise he was not. Most Sundays solo would come over with his son while he and my father would talk we would play. But not today Solo had looked worried. As I heard loud footsteps rushing toward the door, I listened carefully as my father whispered to Solo. I sat back down trying to hear more when my father said “I’m on my way.”I slowly got up and slipped my sandals on, walked over to my bedroom door and asked my father as he speed walked past my door. “Is something wrong?”
“No.” my father said “Nothing to worry about.”SLAM the front door shut, and my father was gone. As I turned and looked at my pale grey walls I thought to myself what could be such a big deal for my father to run out on a Sunday morning. I didn’t know but I was going to find out. I speedily ran to my nightstand grabbed my glasses and got my old shorts off of the floor. Threw them on and out the door I went.

When I reached the street outside of my small shack like house I could barely see my father’s car driving up the large hill almost a half mile up the hill near my town. “But that’s the way to his work” I thought to myself. I turned ran up to the patio and grabbed my bike, jumped on and off I went racing as I always had before thinking I was the fastest bike rider in Rayleonard. Almost 20 minutes later I reached the large building my father had worked at. It looked almost as if it would be impossible to build with how gigantic the walls shot straight into the air blocking the morning sun shining on my face, which was a relief because by now I was sweating and out of breath.I have visited my father’s work before but never really was allowed to see the inside before. We would go to family outings when my mother was still alive, and eat rice balls and play games.
But things dramatically changed after she had gone. As I walked up to the building I figured I should keep a low profile and stay away from my father’s co-workers, they always kept guard of the front entrance but today was different. It almost seemed like someone came by and swept everyone up. I kept walking up to the right side of the building, I remembered when I asked my father what he picked for his code on the security doors when we used to attend the family work parties. He told me it was a word that meant very much to him, something he could never forget. As I arrived at the small steel door there was no handle, the almost dungeon looking door almost looked like something out of the picture books we used at look at in school from the medieval times, it had no door handle and the hinges almost looked built into the building. I stared at the security keypad and thought how cool the lights blinking looked. As I reached up to start pecking away at possible words I thought my father might use, I heard a loud truck, As I turned I saw something I could have never imagined, It almost looked like a box with 6 holes in it, but it wasn’t that which seemed so crazy it was the huge tied down pile of something that almost looked like missiles. It slowly pulled past the part of the building which I was standing at, and I heard it come to a stop. After seeing the truck pull in I was more worried, confused, and anxious to learn more. I turned back around and the glistening flashing security lights and raised my hand, kujata…….The screen flickered and beeped, The led display scrolled slowly as it told me “INVALID PASSWORD” “YOU HAVE 3 TRIES LEFT”. Three tries left I thought to myself, better make this good, obviously being my mother’s name Kujata was not it, Ceaserone……beep beep, I heard a loud click coming from behind the door, and slowly it started to open. As I started walking into the building I glanced at the security panel briefly and saw faster scrolling LED lights and text rapidly scrolling across the panel “Welcome Mr.Kojimm from the Rayleonard's team” Rayle was my father’s boss, he would often come home praising him and always used to tell me if I were ever to meet him, to have the upmost respect and honor. I started walking slowly in peeking around every corner, there was a long hallway with other hallways leading left and right every 10 or so feet, It almost seemed endless, the walls were dark grey almost steel looking and the tile shined and gleamed reflecting the lights above, I slowly crept along feeling so scared but excited at the same time. I was almost to the end of the hallway when I heard some people talking, It was about the 13th hallway down on the right, I followed the sound until I came to a door saying “Rayleonard Energy services Press room” Kojima Technology administrative offices” There were many people talking inside the room, People nervously laughing, and I thought some might have almost sound upset, I pushed my ear upo against the door trying to hear more when I heard someone shout “Ok everyone can we please sit and get everything started” The room quieted down and everything was at silence. “Welcome everyone, my name is kojiim one and thanks you for coming, we have a pressing matter in our hands, The AC unit’s are almost finished and the new weapons have arrived. As we know it our people are beginning to split, We are going to be at war soon” War I thought to myself, my jaw dropped and I began feeling nauseous, I thought to myself why are we going to be at war? I noticed my father was still talking, I wondered how much I had missed, I sat down and leaned over to the door. “Omer science has recently managed to turn Kojima Tech into a complete war tool, Our AC’s are reporting outstanding results on the test field, and we are ready to advance and start recruiting, we must move our families underground and prepare for WAR!” The room started getting really load and there was a lot of shouting, I could faintly hear my father in the background trying to restore order, Feeling sick I couldn’t believe what was happening, I stood up and started running down the hall, as I was running down the hall I thought of my mother, my father and our home, I thought how peaceful our town used to be and everything started making sense, the oversized steel coming in on trucks going to various companies around our small town, In the midst of confusion and my lost thoughts I ran further down the hall and went to the right, Not thinking I had just turned down the wrong hall, I heard something down the hallway “HEY YOU, STOP RIGHT NOW” I didn’t even turn I ran faster down the hall coming upon another door with a security keypad, AAAAAAAAA I pushed franticly as I heard the loud muffled sound of boots running towards me , he must have had some type of radio because I could hear static shouting, just like the radios my father’s sounded when he would talk to the one he would sometimes bring home. “INVALID PASSWORD YOU HAVE 3 TRIES LEFT” oh no what am I doing I entered the wrong password in the frustration of being caught, what will my father do to me I thought of myself Ceaserone “BEEP BEEP the loud click once again sounded from behind the door, this time it sounded almost like there were thousands of bars sliding across the door, the door began slowly opening I slipped around it trying to push it farther open while I slipped through, and started running, the room was dark and I could see nothing, SLAM I tripped over what felt like a bar on the floor, as I heard the radio and footsteps coming closer to me, As I got up I froze I don’t know what happened to me I couldn’t move I was so scared and once again could not get my mother and father out of my head, again I began thinking about the war that was about to happen, when I saw the light from the hallway beginning to once again slip through the crack as I turned and looked at the man with the big boots and radio in hand I heard him shout “STOP BEFORE I SHOOT” I turned again looking into the darkness thinking of my next move when the bright lights turned on. As the halogen lights above began to warm up and flicker on I could see steel looking shelves and large cranes with air tool looking attachments hanging from them, I started turning and as I looked up I saw the most beautiful thing I had ever seen before. It was a huge machine that had gigantic shields and oversized rocket looking guns, as I stepped back I could barely see the top of it “WHAMMM” everything started looking dark again I could no longer stand up, I remember falling to the floor and as I was falling I looked at the floor it said AC1 in black paint with white all around it.
As I woke up I found myself in my bed with a wet cloth over my head, I could hear my father shouting on the phone to someone “I WILL KILL THAT GUARD, HOW DARE HE LAY A SINGLE HAND ON MY SON” SLAM I could hear the phone slide across the floor, I slowly reached towards me bed and clenched my blanket tightly, as I started lifting myself up my father walked into the room. “Ceaser” he ran over to me and threw his arms around me “What do you think you were doing, Why did you follow me to work, you know better, you know my work is off limits” I started crying, “Son you could have been killed, Don’t ever do anything like this again to me” as we sat there I started thinking of everything I had seen, everything I had heard. “Dad I’m scared, I heard you talk about the war, I saw the large machines, are those AC’s?” “Yes son” he released me slowly, “Those AC’s are what I design and build, those are the machines of our future, and they will someday be the war to come.”

Over the next few months passed the war had started, We eventually ended up living at my father’s work. And I started taking the AC classes for the machines I once was so amazed to see. I am currently a LINX for Ray leonard of the Rayleonard company under command from Kojima Technologies.

That’s my story
