A series of drabbles based on various scenes from all episodes of season one. Mainly from Daniel's point of view but a few from Kate's.

If Daniel was a braver man he would have asked Kate Moretti out years ago, instead of putting continuously putting it off.

He was the villain mothers told their children about to make them behave. He did not go to the beach. He did not build sandcastles or swim in the ocean. He did not wear anything less than a suit and tie. And he most certainly did not wear Hawaiian print board shorts.

"Why did you never look at me? All the others yes, but not me, never me." Apparently the irrational part of him was more in control tonight than he first thought.

We all have bad dreams, sometimes the scariest thing is not knowing if they are real or not.

Her heart is a mess of nerves and muscle and blood. Jumping and pounding, catching on her ribs, demanding her attention, pressing on her lungs and stopping her breath. He can't mean it.
