![]() Author has written 17 stories for Card Captor Sakura, Highlander, Matantei Loki Ragnarok, and Final Fantasy X-2. Author Info: Gender: Female Age: Well I certainly feel older than dirt but I'm still young enough Location: Texas! Other stuff: I'm a proud Libertarian and a rabid shipper. However, as anyone who has read Cutting in on the Tango would know, I'm more than fine with writing alternate pairings. Some of them are a lot of fun. I write fanfiction for fun, to hone in on my writing skills (so maybe one day I can do this professionally) and because I know fanfiction makes me happy and I would like to think that some of what I put out makes other people happy. Happy people are generally less annoying. Cardcaptor Sakura was my first foray into fanfiction and will always be my one true love despite branching out quite a bit. No matter what, I'm always working on some story for the fandom. You just might not see it since sometimes the creating/writing process takes ridiculous amounts of time. Final Fantasy X-2 is my other die hard love. I think Rikku got the shaft in both games and that Gippal is hilarious. And, like every other fanfiction author out there, I seek to right the injustice done to them by being all but left out of the story. Works in Progress: Harry Potter and the Order of the Cherry Blossom I know I keep saying that I'm working on the HP/CCS crossover and yet not posting anything but I promise I really am. I've rewritten four and a half chapters so far. Unfortunately, that also means that I've gotten to some of the more difficult parts to rewrite so its moving slowly. (Also, honestly, my brain got eaten by a series I wrote for another account. But my brain is now incredibly tired of that series so it's been craving this story) I can't promise an update soon, as much as I'd like to, but I do hope that within this month (April) to at least get all the chapters previously posted rewritten so I can start work on the next chapter and start posting again. I got into the habit of writing everyday so this might actually be possible. shrug Stolen Innocence This is one of my pet projects. I've been working on it for more than a year now and absolutely love it. I have also, however, had the darndest time trying to get it out on paper though. Background notes and outlines galore but it took me like four tries to get a decent start to the first chapter. This is another in a series of stories I'm writing to embrace some of the more often seen storylines of the CCS fandom and will involve biker gangs...but...you know...Japanese biker gangs. And magic. And torturing Touya in chapter seven (read Peacewish's stuff if you don't get the joke). It is my intention to split my time between this story and the crossover for the next few months (one can only do so much crossover writing before feeling frustrated). End notes: Can you tell I thought it was time for a profile overhaul? Anyway, thanks to all the continued reviews. They are fabulous. I cannot describe the moment of utter happiness when I get a review for one of my older stories. It is just...amazing to know that people are still reading them. Thank you! |
