I am, unlike many here, completely new to writing! I am fifteen years old, male, and attend a private Christian school in Dallas, Texas. I enjoy writing, singing, playing the guitar, road cycling and racing, reading, computer programming, web and graphic design, and multiplayer online games, among other things. Yes, I am quite a busy fellow.

My favorite books in the Harry Potter Series by the lovely J.K. Rowlingare three, one, and five, in that order. I also enjoy various other fantasy books such as the Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia, Terry Brook's Heritage of Shannara series, the Chronicles of Prydain by Loyd Alexander (author of the Book of Three and the Black Cauldron, to name a couple), Eoin Colfer's Artemis Fowl books, the Series of Unfortunate Events books by Lemony Snicket, Brian Jacques' Redwall books, and many others I cannot at this time remember. I especially like books layered with symbolism and alternate meanings, full of subtle irony.

Since Stewart Ackerly is my first work, please do not hesitate to send plenty of flaming reviews - I'll use them to cook up my next chapter. I also appretiate any kind of constructive criticism regarding spelling, grammar, poor description, or confusing ideas. Thank you, and enjoy the story!
