Living as an outlaw is never easy, and to Jack this is no exception. What they do not know, however, is that Jack holds a secret which none of them could have ever imagined.

When MiM brings Jack back to life, he unwittingly leaves Jack bound to the realm of the dead and Death himself. When Moon abandons Jack, Death takes him in. Jack isn't interested in the Guardians and Pitch won't be ignored. And how will the Guardians react upon learning that Jack's surrogate family consists of Death's servants and the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse?

How do you hide being the son of Satan? How do you deal with a body that is unknown to you? How can a demon possibly become an exorcist without having his true identity discovered?
