A distress signal from Fichina leads to what sounds like a fairly simple mission for the Star Fox team. However, Fox soon realizes that not everything is as simple as it seems when an encounter with a long-forgotten foe gives rise to new feelings deep within himself. Wolf O'Donnell is widely notorious for being ferocious and cunning, never showing any sign of kindness. He has built a concrete wall, keeping out others, and keeping in his own emotions. Enemies will always come back to haunt Fox, regardless of the shape or form. When he finally thinks he can take a break, the re-emergence of an old foe turns the whole Lylat System on it's head. Months have passed since the Aparoid invasion, and Star Fox is down to two members. With both pilots recently single and facing a personnel shortage that threatens their ability to carry on, Fox and Falco can only either find a third member or disband. Wolf O'Donnell's longtime rival, determined to strike a deal, boards his ship alone to offer a fresh start with a new team.

A malfunction in an experimental engine throws the Star Fox crew 20 years into the past. The crew must find a way to get back to their own time while also facing the temptation of changing history and saving the lives of loved ones. Fox battles with renewed grief at his father's impending death while Falco comes to learn more about Wolf than he had ever expected to.

Fox's life has been going down hill as of late, the consistent comparison to his father has left him with depression and doubting himself. One late night of drinking in a random bar on Cornaria he finds someone he used to know and hate but in an attempt to make amends the person offers for Fox to come there any time he wants. Will Fox take him up on this offer or suffer in silence.

Falco Lombardi. Leon Powalski. Both of their pasts have been intertwined for a long time. All stories have beginnings. Theirs is filled with crime and loss. But in the midst of it all, they find something worth fighting for. Later chapters will contain violent scenes and situations.

Following the defeat of Andross on Venom, Star Fox returns to Corneria to be offered positions that they could work in for the rest of their lives. The team accepts, but Fox is left unsettled by the idea. In the coming months, he only learns how much he loved the sky and how much he would give to have it back. Fox/Wolf eventually, Alternate 64 ending. R&R please.
