Realising you've packed the wrong shoes to go with your skirt and you have to rethink your whole outfit is bad enough. Being holed up in a hotel bathroom while you get changed into said outfit because you're suddenly sharing your room with a strange British man is a whole lot worse. Set after Emma's return to Storybrooke from Neverland. Hook has decided to back off, but Emma has other plans. Their progress gets derailed by a wickedly intricate curse that's sure to drive a wedge between them. Rated M because things are going to sizzle.

But then, they'd always been playing chicken with their hearts. —- Emma, Hook, and a hotel room with only one bed. Based vaguely on spoilers involving Captain Swan in New York City.

He could only imagine how different it would be to kiss her softly, to cup her face and lean in slowly so she understood. Set after saving Neal, Killian thinks about what could have been since he's under the impression his chances with Emma are shot to hell. [One-shot]

Follow up to "Cleaning This Gun." Neal returns and Hook avoids Emma like the plague. Snow does not find this acceptable. It's time the mother and the pirate had a heart-to-heart. Canon-balled as of 3x05.
