Welcome, fellow human! -

I'm a 19yr old jornalism student from Brazil, trying to write stories to clear my head out. Sometimes adult life is just too much for me.

I've always loved to write since I was a kid, but started creating my own stories about seven or eight years ago. I tried writing fanfiction, but most of them didn't work out. I felt like I couldn't do justice for the characters like my favorite fanfic writers (or the authors) do. So I went on for original stories. Some didn't work out in the end, but a few have resisted my perfectionism and currently live inside my head, waiting for the opportunity when I'll open a new file looking for something to write about, like, "Hey! I'm still here for you, need a prompt? I'm already more than that".

I'm currently working on an "original" story though. Yeah, with the quotation marks. It's a story about... the Bible. Yeah... I know, I'll be judged. A few years ago, I'd be pointing fingers at people who did that too.

I've always liked this subject. I was raised in the Catholic Church, but abandoned it when I was thirteen. Since then, my life has changed a lot. I've learned more about spirituality outside the church and consider myself to be happier than I would've been had I continued on that path. But as I said previously, in other words, I've always held an interest for the mythological aspect of religion. So I thought: instead of writing about scientific fiction, lame vampires or creating fantasy worlds that I'm too lazy to develop - why not write about the only thing that really interests me and keeps me up reading until 3 a.m.?

So, basically, Bible fanfiction. Yep.

And that's what I want to write about here, mostly. Short stories with my favorite characters - Lucifer (he wasn't really in the Bible but he's got his own story and he's my fav character and he's awesome so whatevs), Michael, Raphael, Beelzebub, and many others -, maybe, just maybe in the future a few long stories, and perhaps with other types of books/filmes/shows. But I can't promise anything, heh ;D

And by the way, as previously stated, I'm not from an English speaking country, and perhaps you've noticed that my English is not as good as I wish it was. So, while I don't have a beta reader, I will try my best to write well and with the minimum of errors. It's all about evolving anyway! :D
