Hello! As you probably already surmised; my name is Bill. And I am a man with a secret passion: writing.

Most people who know me personally see a guy who's hobbies are both simple and classic. I eat absolutely everything in reach, I work out twice as much as I eat, and I read as much as the rest of my time allows.

I also enjoy entertaining small children- (it's a gift), building things with my hands- (especially weapons), listening to heavy rock and metal music- (with the bass and volume all the way up of course), cliff-climbing- (ropes are for wimps), deep-wilderness backpacking trips- (as long as possible), and roughhousing with big dogs- (preferably rottweilers). I am also an Eagle Scout, and if there are any other Eagle Scouts who happen to read this; let me know!

However, as I said before, the passion that most people don't see is writing. I found this site on accident and quickly got hooked, I love the idea of a place where people can take ideas, turn them into stories, and put them out there for people to read, whether they are "good" or not. I know that I'm at least not 'bad' at writing, but now I am testing myself to see whether or not I can actually write. I want to know if I can put out a story of my own creation that people will enjoy.

As a bookworm myself; I know how it feels when you read a story that you enjoy so much that you invest yourself emotionally into it. When you read something that makes you stand up and triumphantly yell YES! When something so terrible has happened that you almost feel down the rest of the day. When the imagery is so vivid that you cease to see paper or a screen, and you instead see glorious landscapes, or a gut-wrenching wound. I want to know if I have what it takes to write something like that. I know for certain that I'm not there yet, but FanFiction is where I can practice and learn in a relatively supportive, encouraging, and diverse place.

I've started with a Spyro story first because I remember playing the Legend of Spyro trilogy when I was younger. So it's a sentimental and familiar place to start that also provides a TON of opportunity to invent and build upon the rather open and adaptable style of cannon. So far I've had a lot of really challenging fun making my story, and have met some fantastic people in my explorations of other fanfictions who have taught me so much. In fact, I would love to meet more fantastic people, so please feel completely free to PM me, even if you just want to talk.

Hi folks, I have an important message: I will be taking a hiatus for an unknown length of time.

My life has vastly and very suddenly changed. And I will be unable to continue working on The Next Generation for now. However... I want it to be known and recognized that no matter how long I am away, I WILL finish this story. My word is my promise. I don't want to be just one of those authors that start a story and then suddenly vanish without any explanation. I have a decent amount of Chapter 7 ready, so I might put up a "Teaser" so to speak.

I will still be able to eventually respond to PMs, but because of certain circumstances of this life change, I may not be able to respond immediately. There is a high possibility that I will not be able to respond even up to many months. Please be aware that there is nothing I can do to change that, and If I do not get back to you promptly it is because I can't, NOT because I've ignored you.

If you are curious about what the heck I'm doing and what is going on, feel free to go ahead and ask me, I just don't feel comfortable proclaiming it in public.

For you authors out there: May you write like every day will be your last opportunity. I didn't. And I'm paying for it now.

One other thing you should know about me and my stories is that there will never be any swearing or bad language - (maybe I'll invent some curses to make reactions more realistic)-, there may be some dark or disturbing themes but I think swearing is just foul. I do not cuss in real life and I will write the same way.

/Also, I am willing to receive review requests. I like reading new stories and I also enjoy encouraging and helping people, so spending a little extra time to assist another author is a special privilege. I'm pretty much open to most subjects, but I completely draw the line at anything graphically sexual, absolutely no MLP, and nothing concerning anime of any kind. And, I reserve the right to refuse a request that I do not feel comfortable with or simply do not have the free time for.\
