ZUTARA. AU where Katara was found as the last waterbender, then taken to the Fire Nation at such young age. Ozai decided to raise Katara as his own daughter, to train and use her as a weapon. Zuko hasn't been banished yet, and the avatar hasn't been found yet as well. Also, this story will have some Blue Spirit scenes. Rated M for later chapters.
