hmm...I'm really tempted to write on of those stupid little "Look how much more awesome of a writer I am then you" things into hear just for fun, you know those "I write because it is what I am, the pen calls to me and I must pour my soul into my efforts, it is a dance...blah blah blah blah" but I know if I did I'd look back and slightly feel like shooting myself for stupidity, so here's the plain truth.

I write because I'm easily bored. The pen is rarely used, I type things, mostly fanfiction, because I'd rather do that then any actual work I have to do for school. Procrastination is my drug, I am lazy, and fanfiction comes from this lazyness. I also have ADD (and before you scoff at the typical self-diagnoses I've had three psychiatrists tell me I need Rittalin so HA! Here is my victory...that I have mental problems ....okay so maybe not much of a victory but still...) and rarely have the attention span to write anything other then one shots, which I admit is hypocritical of me because I generally do not like reading one shots. I like to see a character get beaten up and torn down and thrown to the edge of his SOUL...it makes me feel better.

The other reasons I write all tend to revolve around the fact that I'm a rather talentless slob who doesn't have any particular gift in drawing or riding or math or anything else all the greatest writers on here seem to do, and thats cool with me. I'm not going to be satisfied with a mediocre life, but a mediocre account on fanfiction is, quite frankly, fine by me. I write for amusement, not for anything particularly serious, and that probably shows. I have time to become mad-famous and world-reknowned later in life, yeah?
