The C-H-A-R-L-I-E was originally a bio weapon created to enhance the worlds strength against the giant mushroom people.
However it failed and resulted in creating a human looking creature with the power to move things with his mind when no other living creature is looking. The C-H-A-R-L-I-E can show enhanced intelligence but only at the most inappropriate times. For example he was able to decode a series of numbers in a batman video game but fails to split a £20 bill in half. His interests include anime, cartoons, games, movies, pokemon and comics.
