Beyblade is my life, Tala and Kai are my obsession

Alright, so I'm a long time lurker who has only recently created an account due to reading an absolutely amazing fic by the talented Lahmia (who, by the way, is the only author to make it onto my 'favourite author' section so far so go check her stuff out if you haven't already, GO! NOW!). I don't consider myself a talented writer as such, but I have a lot of experience with professional critiquing of writing, I know what makes stuff good.

I spent approx. 6 months of last year in hospital due to mental illness and other health issues. Anyone who's spent time in a hospital knows what a BORING place it is, and hence I read a LOT of fanfic, and majority of it was/is Tala and Kai.

I've added all my fave fics into my 'favourites' section. Like I said above, I have read a METRIC FUCKTON of Tala/Kai fics and I consider these the cream of the crop so far. My next step is going to be to leave a signed review for each of them.

Onto my preferences and reviewing style. I'll read anything once as long as it's not Mpreg or Fem. Just...no. Sorry. Obviously Tala/Kai are my preference but I will read other pairings. The story would have to be pretty fucking epic though to impress me :P In terms of genre - I like it dark. The darker the better. I've always been an angst whore, and if you juxtapose those with a bit of fluff, I will likely sing your praises. I am also shamelessly perverted. Write a good lemon and chances are I will LOUDLY sing your praises! I tell it like it is, so rest assured, if I tell you your story is good, then it is GOOD. If it's bad then I'll be truthful but tactful (constructive criticism people!) unless it's truly terrible in which case I may include a bit of mocking (but honestly have not come across a fic fitting this criteria yet.) I'm a spelling and grammar nazi, don't take offence to it, it's just me.
