"IS YOUR STORY, I MUST HAVE YOUR POWER, SET WITHIN THE DBZ UNIVERSE?"

ANSWER:
My story IS actually set within the DBZ universe, and I WAS going to introduce Goku and Vegeta. HOWEVER, my story has progressed so far in its own direction that it would be really INAPPROPRIATE to throw in an Akira Toriyama character– at this point it really WOULD be like arbitrarily THROWING-IN a DBZ character. Sometimes these things [ie., fiction] have a tendency to take on a life of their own. C'est le vie.

With the exception of the ki concept, I have not yet included the DBZ characters, however I might do still, if the right opportunity does present itself.. this IS FanFiction afterall.

However, I remain an obsessive Vegeta and Trunks fan, and own almost the entire DBZ sagas on DVD (missing some in the Saiyan saga though).
