Hello fellow word expressionists. Writing is just another way of singing... without the music. There's nothing better than the sound of keys typing while thoughts are processing. The process of fairy tales and their charm. The process which makes romance form that wanting that lies in each of our hearts. Or the suspense which shows the depths of our fears or our worst nightmares. Those dreams that create action and push us to the end of our seats. The process of appreciation and belief or wonder or intrigue which comes with mystery and historical/science fiction. Another side, another story. And the hardest: humor. Life's elevation.

Currently, my favorite books are The Giver, To Kill a Mockingbird, and the famous Harry Potter books.

I greatly appreciate reviews! So those of you who are reading my stories, read, review, and enjoy.

Writer's Block

I sit and stare at my computer screen,
But not one thought reveals itself to me.
I search my mind for some dramatic scene.
My mind's as blank as e'er a mind could be.

I reach for paper. Will the block then break
As I compose my sonnet now by hand?
But pen in hand does not a poem make,
And no ideas come at my command.

So screen or paper, neither give me aid.
My creativity has gone away,
And I am left bereft and so afraid
That I shall never find the words to say.

Now with a sigh I put these thoughts in ink.
My sonnet's finished. Tell me what you think!
