![]() Author has written 21 stories for Sailor Moon, Magic Knight Rayearth/魔法騎士レイアース, Avatar: Last Airbender, and Harry Potter. I'm currently a 20 something, female, and have a BA in English Literature. I've been part of the Sailor Moon fandom since 1996, and while I've dabbled writing in other fandoms from time to time, I always seem to come back to SM. I love the live action and comic versions, and not so much the cartoon (though I still enjoy watching it). I'm typically a very busy person and have problems micromanaging my free time. I will most likely only be submitting Sailor Moon fanfiction here as I write it on an on and off basis for the Sailor Moon Monthly Fanfic Challenge on LiveJournal. It helps me keep my writing skills from deteriorating when I'm too busy to actively create and write my own stories. You can find most of my Sailor Moon fanfic at my writing LiveJournal (twilight_eos.livejournal.com). I tend to write a lot of short one shots as that's usually all the time I have for fanfic. I upload my favorites here and keep the rest on LJ. I also tend to write very slowly (and I mean slowly), so please be patient with me. If I post any art, it can be found on my deviantART page. Everything marked as "old" is, indeed, incredibly old, but I don't have the heart to remove any of them. Partially because I think it would be unfair to delete them and partially because they're rather humbling. If you do decide to read them, please bear in mind that they're several years old and only reflect where I have come from as a writer. That said, I love critique, so please feel free to leave me as detailed critique or suggestions as wanted! Major Fics: When I have the time and inspiration... Starting Over: One of my favorite subplots of the comic was the raising of Hotaru and the humanization of Setsuna and Michiru (I find Haruka to already be developed enough). Starting Over is a series of eventually 30 one shots detailing the childhood of Hotaru and the parenthood of Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna before Hotaru regains her memories. They may also detail how the three women cope with having too much time on their hands now that their duties are "over." The stories are mostly comedic due to Haruka's over-enthusiasm. Three Months Later: A sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender because marathoning the entire series in two weeks just wasn't enough. I'm attempting to follow canon and employ as much dialog as possible, since that was my favorite part about the series. Also Sokka's ridiculousness. It follows the political aftermath of the 100 year war and the characters coping with their relationships now that they're not under the strain of war. My sincerest wish is that it feels like a fourth season of the series. Soldier Moon: An Alternate Universe retelling of the Sailor Moon series in a science fiction setting. I've always wondered, what would Sailor Moon be like if it were intended for an older audience? Well, I think it would be something like this. Shadow Galactica: Oneshots of the Sailor Soldiers Galaxia murdered during the Sailor Wars. Distant Worlds: More one shots! This time about the Sailor Starlights and Princess Kakyuu before Kinmoku was destroyed. Mix of comic and cartoon personalities. Major fics on hold: Because the inspiration is lacking and need to be rewritten. :( Threads of Memory: An idea I've been playing with for a while involving another past life for the girls. I have most of the plot thought out, it's just the act of actually writing the fic that seems to be a bit of a problem. The fic mainly focuses on Luna/Usagi and Venus/Minako, but the other girls will appear. Please don't expect frequent updates. It's taken me several months to type out two pages. Moonlight Legend: This was based on a prompt from the July challenge on SM_Monthly on LJ about the four inner soldiers being evil instead of the Shitennou, and I couldn't pass it up! Based on the comic with some live action influence. It's not a retelling of the first arc, but maybe more like an alternate ending? Includes the idea that the Sailor Soldiers and Shitennou were lovers in the past. If you have anything you'd like to see or ideas, please share! You can find more information about it here: |
