Also, I'm a fan of the you-read-mine-I'll-read-yours theory. A few restrictions apply.
I don't read anything worse than pg-13, and some pg-13 I won't read.
I don't read slash- if the author wanted it that way, she would have written it that way.
I rarely venture out of the safety of HP fanfics, so if I don't know what your fic is, I won't be reading it.
But beyond that, I'll try to read yours.
