I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. I JUST DON'T CARE. There are three types of writers. One, the kind who honestly cannot write but think that they can. Two, the kind that writes extremely well but aren't serious about it. And three. The kind that sucks in the beginning but push themselves to the point where they excell and still believe they have room for improvement. There are way more ones and twos than threes. If I've reviewed for you before, than congrats or too bad, depending on how I reviewed. I don't review to make people feel better about themselves or to make them feel like crap. I review to tell them whether to improve or to keep up the good work. And contrary to those who may believe it, I don't flame. Not in my system. I only tell them what's wrong with their work so if you're bruising from what I said to you in a review, tough tomatoes. I don't care because I didn't intend for you to be hurt and if you are hurt by my words which were not meant to be hurtful, you're not worth fighting or being bothered by. Plus, it's much more satisfying thinking on how you're never going to survive reality if you were hurt by my simple words. Call me a bitch but I honestly believe that if you are good then you are but if you're horrible, then you should be able to take a bit of criticism from people, especially if you plan on taking writing seriously. If you aren't, then why the hell are you here? For the fun of it? If you are, then don't expect me to be any more gentler on you. I may be even harsher. |
