![]() Author has written 2 stories for Legend of Zelda, and Fire Emblem. Ignore my favorite stories list. It's from a while ago when I was putting all the stories I was reading there so I could get to them easier. Hi! My name is Elizabeth, I'm 16 years old (as of 2/6/2006), and I enjoy reading, writing, singing, playing guitar, playing saxophone, drawing, and a number of other hobbies. I like to think I'm reasonably intelligent, but then, don't we all? Personally, I make an idiot of myself the most whenever I start to assume that I know stuff. I do have an account on fictionpress. The username is Lizai, same as here, and I have one short-story entitled Nothing Dawn posted in the fantasy prose section. If you read it, please review it, because it's not going to get any longer. That's it. That's all you get. Enjoy. As for my work here, I'm working on a story called Eye of Truth in the Legend of Zelda section. A little ways into it I realized it was crap and decided to "revise," which I now think may have been something of a mistake. I probably should have waited until I was done to get rid of so much plot. The first chapter didn't get changed much, but the stuff after that is much better. Maybe someday I'll get the first chapter done too. Not for a while, though. Basically, the Eye of Truth is me attempting (like the author of Just a Farm Girl, whose full username I can't really remember because it contains numbers) to "make a decent story out of an overused plotline." this time, it's "girl gets swept away to Hyrule." The differences in the plot include: Elizabeth getting swept away has nothing to do with her game system screwing up and involves little divine intervention, Elizabeth actually spends some time on Earth before getting swept away, and at no point is she going to fall for Link. Interested? Go check it out! EDIT: I'm considering discontinuing Eye of Truth. I've discovered it's a great deal more fun to write one-shots for Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, and the lack of a deadline (caused by the fact that no one actually knows what I'm working on) suits me well. Actually, I get things out more quickly without a deadline I think. Also, one-shots are much shorter and therefore I don't have to hold my attention on one project for too long... Anyway, if you actually want me to continue with the Piece of Crap -- I mean, Eye of Truth, let me know. I'll consider it, but... urgh! It's just such crap! So, um, that's all I have to say for now. I, err, hope you enjoyed reading my profile. Ta-ta! -Lizai |
