Loki is dying and Thor is so desperate to help his brother that he takes Loki to the Avengers so that they can help the former god of mischief. The Avengers reluctantly agree and as they treat the dying Loki, they realize that sometimes their greatest enemy can turn into their greatest ally for the bond of brothers are stronger than what they seem.
