Hey everyone! I screwed my last profile up so I made a new one. Instead of being beyondthesettingsun, I'm beyondtherising sun. That's all. I stated earlier that I don't have anytime to write. Now it seems that I have all the time in the world. It's really odd. Between homework, housework, and the Freshman Project, my life seemed (and still does sometimes) packed. But writing gets me away from it all. I have been writing stories, songs, poems, and screenplays ever since I knew how to form words on paper. More of my hobbies include softball, singing, hanging out with friends, and Bible study. Jesus is my life _. My favorite verse in the Bible is John 3:16:

"Οὕτως γὰρ ἠγάπησεν ὁ Θεὸς τὸν κόσμον, ὥστε τὸν Υἱὸν τὸν μονογενῆ ἔδωκεν, ἵνα πᾶς ὁ πιστεύων εἰς Αὐτὸν μὴ ἀπόληται ἀλλ᾽ ἔχῃ ζωὴν αἰώνιον." (In Greek)

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." (NIV)

This is my favorite verse because it explains what God did for us so that we could have a relationship with him. Since there is sin in the world, we are seperated from God. But since He loves us so much, He sent His son, Jesus Christ, to die for us. All of our sins, everyone's sins, were put upon Jesus as He died there on the cross for us. Then God said that whoever believes in Him as God, and Jesus as our savior will not die but will live in Heaven forever. It means that when your body dies, your spirit will live forever with God. That is how much He loves us. This verse also means that it's not by works in which we get saved, it faith. In other words, good deeds don't get us to Heaven. It's the motive behind the good deeds. If you truly love God, it will show through your actions towards other people. Showing God's love, knowing God wants a relationship with us, and actually having a relationship with God is how we are saved.

Sokka: I knew I should have left you home. Leave it to a girl to screw things up.

Katara: You are the most sexist, immature, nut brained... ugh, I'm embarrassed to be related to you! Ever since Mom died I've been doing all the work around camp while you've been off playing soldier! As Katara yells at Sokka, she inadvertently bends the surrounding water. The iceberg behind her begins to crack.

Sokka: Uh... Katara?

Katara: I even wash all the clothes! Have you ever smelled your dirty socks? Let me tell you, NOT PLEASANT!

Sokka: Katara! Settle down!

Katara: No, that's it! I'm done helping you! From now on, you're on your own! The iceberg behind Katara breaks apart completely.

Chong: (singing) Two lovers, forbidden from one another, war divides their people, and the mountains divide them apart. Built a path to be together - (talking) Yeah, forget the next couple of lines but then it goes - (singing again, rocker style) SECRET TUNNEL! SECRET TUNNEL! Through the mountain!
