Hi there,

Perspective is an amazing part of life. Each day we have opportunities to view events, experiences, and interactions with people through a lens called perspective. Our frame of mind can manipulate that lens for a positive or negative outcome. I wasted many years viewing life in a pessimistic light. It took God to change that for me.

I'm old enough to remember television shows such as: Emergency, Adam-12, the original Hawaii 5-0, Wild Wild West, the Rifleman, and on and on...and I don't mean the reruns.

I have journaled since I learned to write. And have kept a journal for each of my kids.

I love stories with happy endings.

I enjoy old movies. Cary Grant, Bing Crosby, Maureen O'Hara, Audrey Hepburn, and of course, Harrison Ford are some of my favorite actors.

One of my favorite movie quotes is from Yours, Mine and Ours (1968).

Henry Fonda's character shares his perspective on what love is, "Life isn't a love in, it's the dishes, and the orthodontist, and the shoe repairman, and the ground beef instead of roast beef. And I'll tell you something else, it isn't going to bed with a man that proves you are in love with him. It's the getting up in the morning and facing the drab miserable, wonderful world with him that counts."

I do not have any of my own stories to share. However, you will find my talent...yes, I did write talent, (I'm being positive :-)) hidden in other authors' works that I have helped to write.
