Man, this thing gets outdated every time I look at it.

The nickname I go by around here is Pupp. That's what you all can call me - not that anyone's going to bother doing something like that - but if you go looking me up somewhere else, I'll either be "Pupp" or, as I like to go by these days, "Lara".

I'm involved in a few different forums at the moment; dedicated to nearly all of them. DarkolicRPG (DRPG) (this site's dead, sadly), Fictionised (another writing community, also now dead), Monkey Productions (MP) , Gaia Online (under the name "Puppa" there)...Yeah, that's basically all of the active ones.

Oh, who am I kidding? There's one more site, and I tend to like this one over all the others 'cause I'm biased and I'm an administrator over there. XDestiny is its name, and it's a neat little site where you set yourself up as a class (i.e., White Mage, Black Mage, Warrior, Thief, etc...) and go on quests in a roleplaying style. If you ever get a chance, go check it out.

As I mentioned on the older version, I still play video games, even if my life doesn't revolve around them any longer. A few of the games I'd like to recommend are: Golden Sun (GBA), CIMA (GBA), Riviera: The Promised Land (GBA), Lunar Legend (GBA), Shadow Hearts (PS2)...And, as of today, I'd like to add Shadow of Destiny. I found a computer version of this PS2 game, and it's held my attention until I beat it (and it'll hold it again when I go back for an alternate ending!).

Yes, I have five stories up here at the moment. The Switch is definitely finished. At one time, I had planned on a sequel; I highly doubt that will happen - correction, I can definitely say this will never happen. I will say, though, that I took a shot at rewriting some of it awhile back. Thanks to my lack of an attention span, and the major fact that I've pretty much given up on writing fanfiction, that'll never go anywhere. Hanyou Legend is another that I don't plan on working on any longer. The Pan of London was an attempt at a new twist on Peter Pan that my friend and I wrote for part of a writing contest. One day, it might be interesting to continue it, but I don't know if I'll ever get around to it. As for the other two stories - I can't even remember their titles any longer, or even if there are two left - just...don't read them. Honestly. I, as the writer, even admit to the fact that they're horrible, and I doubt I'll ever get around to rewriting them. In fact, I'd rather just say not to read any of them, since they're so old...

Y'see, I've pretty much stopped writing fanfiction...I've been working on an actual story (or rather, series) with a friend of mine we started it in November of '03 and fanfiction just isn't fun to write any more.

As for the series that I'm working on now, I really do hope that my friend and I can make the books good enough to get published one day. I'll be sure to mention it on here if they ever do - though it will likely be a long time from now. The 'original' copy of the third book (which, ironically, was the one we did first, since at the time we had no intention of making it anything more than a game - which didn't work out) is 251 pages on my computer, and embarrassing to read. That's why I've been working on rewriting it since January of '05 or so. The only problems that have been run into now are that I get writer's block a lot, and I can'y get myself to write the first book, which explains a couple of the character backgrounds in the third book. (Note: It's August of '07, and we're still going! Yay!)(Second Note: It's now October of '09 and we're STILL going! Double yay!)(Third note: Aw heck, why not! It's now April of '11 and we might have slowed down a bit due to time restrictions, but yes, we are STILL AT IT! :D )

We've also been working on part four together while my friend writes part two by herself and I work on part one.

-sighs- I never realized writing was such hard work. chuckles But anyway, that's my reason. Hope everyone accepts it.

For the time being, though, I've been reading A LOT of fanfiction, mostly things that are long and are of subjects that I like. Likes (at the moment): Harry Potter, Jonny Quest, Tamora Pierce (Circle of Magic), Monster Rancher, Nancy Drew...
