I'm attempting to write another story again, and I think this one's a keeper. I actually have a plot and somewhere to go with it. I'm not posting it till I'm finished with it, and hopefully it'll do better then the first fanfic I posted, which has been trashed, ripped up, beaten to a pulp, and burned to ashes. To say I was unhappy with it would be an understatement. I don't know what I was thinking when I was writing my first story, and the only conclusion I can think of was that I wasn't thinking. The new story I'm writing won't be up for a while, but I doubt anyone cares because I haven't written anything for almost a year and what I did write was utter crap, so maybe I can try to make a recovery, a large one at that. 11/13- I now have a summary of my new story, and its title might berecognizable to anyone who has read the Scarlet Pimpernel, but the story is onlyloosely based on the book. The Scarlet Phoenix- The remaining Death Eaters have revolted and the Wizarding World looks toward a new Hero…The Scarlet Phoenix. While The Scarlet Phoenix keeps his identity unknown, the Wizarding World may soon discover that they’ve known him all along. H/G, R/Hr Post Hogwarts. 7/5- Well I can say one thing, the story progress is very slow...very, veryslow. Basically I wrote some, then I totally changed parts of the individual chapter plots. Then, I thought I might change the Pairings because I was into some different pairings while I've been writing this but I decided to keep the original pairings, but it's going to be hard because Inow want to add more characters into the plot. Toget to the point, I'm practically back to square one. bugger. Also while I should've been finishing my big story I've been dabbing at the one-shots and I keep hitting myself over the head going bad, bad, child stick to the big story, but ah well. I'll get the story done one day... I hope. |
