FAVORITE ANIME/MANGA:

InuYasha (If you don't already know about this show then you must have been living in a hole or something... On cartoon networks adult swim. It's about a half demon named inuYasha who meets up with a girl that traveled through time named Kagome. Together, they meet many more ppl, some good, some bad, but they are all very interesting and well developed. As the series progresses, InuYasha's and Kagome's feelings for eachother grow stronger, but will they be able to keep these feelings when Inuyasha's old girlfriend comes back with a bang. "Why did you betray me InuYasha?!" It's sad, romantic, funny, and exciting series all in one!)(Action/Adventure/Drama/Romance/Fantasy)

Rurouni Kenshin (I finished the TV series!!)(Comes on Cartoon Network! It's about a man who used to be a professional assasin for the imperial army, but now, he is trying to make up for his horrifying past by keeping the peace in the new Meiji era, which he helped create. All of the characters in Rurouni Kenshin have gone through a lot, and all of the main characters become very close. The road ahead is very bumpy and you never know what troubles Kenshin's gang will have to overcome next! Very exciting, action packed, sad, and fun!! "A man slayer is a man slayer until the day he dies.")(Action/Comedy)

Samuari X (The OVA for Kenshin-much more serious and it's soooo good!!)(Action/Drama/Romance)

Yu Yu Hakusho (A great show if you like action. It comes on Toonami on Cartoon Network now)(Action/Martial Arts/Comedy)

Trigun (I finished this TV series too!! It was soooo great!! I'm not sure if it still is but it was on adult swim at one point...)(Comedy/Drama/Action)

KODOCHA (way better than Marmalade Boy btw hehe amd I finished the series)(Comedy/Drama)

FLCL (The most confusing thing EVER!!! But it's good!)(Comedy and...I'm not really sure.There's something else, not just comedy, I'll call it pure strange... not in a bad way of course)

Masion Ikkou (good stuff by writer of Ranama1/2 and Inuyasha)(Comedy/Romance)

Evangelion (Wowwy!! I just started this and I love it so far... It's very exciting!)(SciFi/Drama/Action)

Steel Angel Kurumi (OmG this is extremely funny!! The actiony scenes are pretty cheezy and bad but it's not really an action show... It's sooo FUNNY!!!)(Comedy/Fantasy/sorta action)

Clamp School Detectives (My friend recomended this book to me... I hated it... It's about three PERFECT fourth-graders. Everyone loves them, even they love themselves!! The three boys start a detective agency at their school where they come to the aid of any girl/women that happens to be distressed at the moment. Some of the cases are a bit interesting, but they are ruined when one of the boys says something like 'I'll just buy that ladys two million dollar house back for her and then it's case closed!' (Did i mention that the boys were also head of the student council and they are richer than most people could ever hope to be) I do not recomend this book at all! You might enjoy it a bit if you are 8 and under... othrwise NO! I know some ppl might like this book because my friend did... I guess it's just not my style... If you liked it then I'm sorry... E mail me a complaint or something. This book is by CLAMP and I don't really like her writing style...)(Comedy/Mystery suposedly)

Suki (Another book by CLAMP... It's not as bad as Clamp School Detectives... but I think it's pretty cheezy. This time it's supposed to be a romantic comedy, but it's very unrealistic. On the first page, you can tell the girl, Suki, likes the guy, who also happens to be her teacher. The teacher is a cool kind of guy, and I don't think he likes kids too much [then why is he a teacher??!!] Suki's character is kind of funny and hyper, but the fact that she's a totally clueless idiot about everything doesn't fit in with the fact that everyone at her school loves her... It's a little better than Clamp School Detectives in the sense that Suki is a bit conflicted and the plot line is better... but it's still not good. I don't recommend this to most people, but mabye to a bit younger readers... even if it is a 13+)(Romantic Comedy)

Azu Manga Daioh (Definently the funniest book i've ever read! The show was great too!! It's histaricle!! Read this!! Read this!! It doesn't have a plot, but the funniness itself IS the plot!! It's great!)(Comedy)

Xiaolin Showdown (It's not the best stuff, but it's pretty funny. There is this one line in it that I loved sooo much and i'm writing it here!! [I forget the ppls names so they're gonna be guy 1 and guy 2... heh]
GUY 1: (standing over guy 2's shoulder)
GUY 2: "Get out of my head!"
GUY 1: "It's 'get out of my face...'"
GUY 2: "Talk to the fingers!"
Okay... If you don't get it then maybe you could watch the show! It's on Sat on either Cartoon Network or Kids WB!)(Action/Comedy/Fantasy)

Dragon Ball(Z)(GT)(They are all a bit cheezy and stuff, but if you can set that aside, it's not bad. If you aren't into action anime, this isn't the right show for you, but I am, so I think it's pretty good. There's a lot of excitment!! It's not a fav of mine cause there's no other story besides the action. For example, some series have some drama and sad stuff in it along with the action, like Trigun and Cowboy Bebop)(Action)

Lain (Creepy show! It makes you think about things in a whole new way, and it's very mysterious!! Really great and highly recomend it!)(SciFi/Drama/Suspense)

Kino's Journey (I really really REALLY LOVE THIS SHOW!!! It is sooo beautiful, and even a bit suspensful at some points. Some episodes have a little humor in them, but not a lot at all. It's really the most sweet, beautiful show I have ever seen! Here's a quote: "The world is not beautiful; and that, in a way, lends it a sort of beauty." "Someone once tld me, that when they looked up at the birds, it made them want to go on a journey." At the moment, I am a bitobsessed with the opening theme song... It's beautiful too...)(Drama/SciFi)

THE MIYAZAKI MOVIES (These movies are THE BEST MOVIES EVER CREATED!! They are beautifully animated, with great exciting story lines! They Include:

SPIRITED AWAY (an award winning movie. it's my favorite one!!)(Adventure/Drama/fanatsy/sort-of-romance)

PRINCESS MONONOKE (very exciting and beautiful)(Action/Adventure/Fantasy/sort-of-romance)

CASTLE IN THE SKY (Another favorite!)(Adventure/fantasy/sort-of-drama/sort-of-romance)

KIKI'S DELIVERY SERVICE (It's kinda a kid movie but i still like it! It's still beautiful!!)(Adventure/magical/sort-of-romance)

MY NEIGHBOR TOTORO (this is very much a kid movie but i love it because i loved it when i was 4!!)(Fantasy/adventure)

NAAUSCA VALLEY OF THE WIND (sadly I haven't seen this yet but I know it's supposta be good!)
