There's a cat that's taken to frequenting the area around the bakery. It's very young, with black fur, green eyes, and a tendency to follow her around. Marinette calls it Chat Noir. As for the human Chat Noir... well, he's just flattered.

Adrien looked over at the shy girl as she laughed and joked through their classes. Why wasn't she like that with him? Had he done something wrong, did he make her uncomfortable? Did he intimidate her? He wanted to hear her jokes too, he didn't understand what he had done wrong, but he was determined to fix it. He had not expected an intoxicating scent emitting from a bag behind him, nor of the chances of reuniting with a ladybug kwami.
