 How I gain an interest in fanfic: I first started reading fan fiction during 2011. At first I didn't like the concept of fan fiction because for me back I thought they were just some random stories put up and stringed together by authors. That all changed when I happened to find a link to a fate stay night crossover story titled "The Hill of Swords" written by gabriel blessing. Reading that story had me change my views about fan fiction in general, I started to think that this world may have more to it than meets the eye. That stories written by fans can also be interesting if you give it a chance.
