![]() Author has written 13 stories for Rurouni Kenshin, +Anima, Naruto, and Bleach. Hello everyone! I am an insane nut who should probably be in an institution, but what the heck. NEWSFLASH: This insane nut just won an award for a national short story competition! The judge said my story was 'beautifully and poignantly told'. So EXCITED! chachacha! So EXITED! Chachacha! *Congos off into the distance* I read a LOT, but don't watch much TV, except for anime. at the moment, my favourite author is Joan D. Vinge for her 'Cat' trilogy, at least in books, also, Terry Pratchett rules. In Manga, i read a bit of everything, but it is a pain to collect everything, and i don't like having only a part of a series, so I mostly go with what's in the library. Except for Rurouni Kenshin, I've collected nearly the entire series, and I'm working on getting those missing volumes (I love Christmas ). My favourite anime at the moment is probably Kyo Kara Maoh (Shame on me for only having seen a few episodes of the Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X anime!) Go Yuuram! Yay~! I tend to watch anime in Japanese, for practise, but I haven't really learned much... :(, mostly it's what I managed to learn in class between doodling, writing, and wondering about the big questions in life. e.g. How does the Universe EXPAND, if there's no new matter being created? - It' s been bugging me for a while. Maybe we'll all just fall into a black hole when the fabric of existence is stretched to breaking point...that'd be so cool. 'Curiosity killed the cat, but for a while I was a suspect...' ~Steven Wright (I like this quote, innit great?) My favourite subject is science, especially since they don't have any creative writing courses at the College I'm going to (English is the one compulsory subject, and I don't wanna do it, isn't that rotten luck?) I'm also pretty good at maths. I have several half-hearted attempts at books lying around, stimulated by anything from dreams, random poems composed on-the-spot at the top of a tree, pictures drawn while I was meant to be doing schoolwork (Multi-tasking and Goody-Two-Shoe-ism goes a loooong way. Seriously.) and, my personal favourite, boredom. If you haven't worked it out yet, I am Neurotic, borderline insane, and have the odd ability of being able to create tears at will, and self-induced hysterical laughter, usually accompanied with apparent drunkenness (except that I can't even swallow a chocolate liquer). It's quite entertaining. The rest of the time I am a serious, antisocial, arrogant, weird misfit with few friends. According to my friends and little brother, I am asexual, so let's go with that. On age, I am still in school, but there are people in school in their forties, so that gives a time span of about two-score years. On appearance, I have purple hair, yellow eyes and clear skin that lets you see all my guts. Or not... Oh yeah, I'm also a bit of a technophobe. Its out to get me... "Our purpose in life is to reproduce, until someone is born who can come up with a better one." ~me... this is my opinion of 'why we are here' - can anyone come up with a better one? PM it to me and I'll add it to my profile with your name- I could make a whole list! 'The meaning of life is whatever you want it to be' 1.) The meaning of life is to give life meaning. 1 and 2 are almost basically the same exact thing! They both pretty much say: we know nothing, so make it up or figure it out! And, my personal opinion is that we should always do our best, to take life one day at a time, and live as well and honestly as we can. We don't have to be noble, or anything like that, we just have to do our best to do what we think we should. I guess what I'm getting at is "doing the right thing". But, the right thing is often found in a very gray area... Life often makes no sense and it's not certain what we should do. This is the human experience after all...And that's what life throws at us: confusion. Makes things And now it really is a list~~_ Also, another interesting thing I have come up with, is the fact that I must not tidy my room, because it will lead to the destruction of the universe. Here's why: The natural order of things is towards Chaos, called Entropy. A room will, of its own accord, become messy, because that increases entropy and Chaos, which is the order of the universe. Tidying my room requires energy, which increases my entropy, and the chaos in the universe. And, because of he nature of the universe, it will just get messy again, and further increase entropy. A messy room is astable state, and will not further increase entropy, it is the process of getting messy that will lead to the end of the universe through the ultimate rule of chaos. Therefore, tidy people are almost worse than the politicians who aren't doing anything about global warming, because they are actively hastening the destruction of the universe. Therefore, being tidy is grossly immoral. Now, see if any of your parent value science highly enough to let you stop tidying your room..._ Thanks for listening to my insanity, looking back, it's completley haphazard and follows no rhyme or reason whatsoever, so don't worry if you have no idea what I've been rambling about, I don't either... Now, pleeease read my stories? The other way around is fine too. On my NAruto fics, Ghost of the Hidden Leaf village promises to turn into some sort of epic, and the rest are finished except for Sexy Jutsu's revenge. I might write another one later, but not for a while. Okay, this is for anyone who reads my plus anima fics, I'm thinking about doing some more in that after a long hiatus, and since that means there'll be four in more or less the same story line, I'll put them up in chronological order. I'm not sure what the next one will be yet. Messenger of Death - ten years after the original series Angel - straight after Messenger of Death Anima - Spans about ten years from a few months after Angel Return - Into the teen-chapters, starts about 25 years after Anima ends. This one is developing inot something pretty epic in lenght as well... |
