Hello. My name is Tari. (Yes, the name is made up, you can have the real one if you are lucky enough to acutally meet me.) I am majoring in music education and English but I choose not to disclose the location at this time. Most of you have most likely never heard of the university anyway.
I obviously like Robert Jordan as that my first fic is based on some of his ideas. I did not not want to write about the main characters because I could never measure up to Jordan, so I decided to borrow a caravan of the Tuatha'an and make up my own characters that would fit into the World of the Wheel. I am still unsure as to how deep I am going with Branthell's history so if anyone has any ideas, please share them and I will consider it.
I also love David Eddings, Tolkien, Melanie Rawn's Mageborn and Dragon Scrolls, Robin McKinley, The Bible (yes I am Christian), Margaret Weiss, J.K. Rowling, Anne Rice, Terry Goodkind, Piers Anthony, and the list goes marching on...
I also read Greek, Roman, and Celtic Mythology and will read Shakespeare in my spare time.
