Upon the two year anniversary of the Grim Reaper's death, Raph finds himself in the clutches of a mysterious entity whose only mission is to cause him pain and agony. Now, Leo must race against the clock to find his missing brother before the real Grim Reaper finally reaps a coveted mutant soul.

During a fight with the Purple Dragons and Foot, Leo is seriously injured and Don blames himself. Can one last effort on Leo's part save Don from his downward spiral into self destruction or will the family have to bury another member?

Mikey disappears during a mission and finds himself in another dimension. In an attempt to return home he confronts the Dragon Master who will only send him back if he masters the Yokai Art of Kung Fu. However, once the turtle shows promise the Master decides to try and keep his newest student by attempting to turn him against his own family. (COMPLETE)
