The significance of orange as the colour for Hindu swamis is commonly thought to be connected to the idea that orange symbolizes fire, it signifies courage, sacrifice and the spirit of renunciation. People who like orange are usually thoughtful and sincere. It is associated with the benign warmth of the sun. A dynamic colour to be sure, orange offers a more thoughtful control. Curiosity is a driving characteristic of orange, and with it comes exploration of new things.

Also to note, North America uses the colour Orange to designate DANGER and some frogs have bright orange markings to demonstrate they are poisonous.
