Julie is Jane Foster's younger sister, and she introduces her to Loki when she comes to Asgard for Jane and Thor's wedding. Loki asks her to be his date but she tries to hide her love for Loki from Thor and Jane because she said she wasn't looking for a relationship. Loki continues to finally win her affection in a way that Julie never expected (told in Julie's point of view) R&R!
