Katara is left under Zuko's supervision as she recovers while Aang goes on a mission. An impulsive trip turns deadly when Katara flees to the mysterious Midfire Festival on Ember Island. Initial Kataang, later Zutara/Taang

"What? You do have my father?" She snarled, "Where is he?" Zuko studied the girl, she couldn't have been more than eighteen. More woman than a girl. He couldn't tell much with the parka she wore. Once, it was just a oneshot - first chapter can still stand alone. Katara was captured by Zuko, but there was a lapse in communication. Takes place after The Fortuneteller. The Avatar awakens two years late, when only a token resistance still struggles against the Fire Nation. Katara disguises herself as a boy to follow Sokka into war. Not only must she hide her gender from her comrades, she has to help the Avatar while also dodging the creepy prince who's taken such an intense interest in her. AU for timing. She's free to choose- if she goes back to the Poles, if she travels, if she stays in the Fire Nation just a little bit longer. She can choose to go back to the life she would have led if she'd never revived the Avatar, or she can choose to forge a new path. And she chooses him. Oneshot. Zutara.

Thanks to Shan Yu's devastation, China is weak and prone to internal strife. Mulan has faced war before, but not so close to home. To triumph this time, she must rally the people who know her...but have never seen her succeed. Complete, with epilogue!

Prince Zuko is determined to catch Aang, The Avatar. He has had many methods to catch the boy and all have failed tremendously. But now he has a new plan to capture the Avatar...and it involves Katara. Overused plot and I don't care!
