Tara Tomulka is a Toronto based nutritionist, chef, entrepreneur and speaker. Tara completed her Certified Nutritional Practitioner designation from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition with honours. In addition to her holistic nutrition training, Tara is a Certified Raw Food Teacher and Certified in Culinary Nutrition. Tara also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California. Before following her passion for the wellness world, Tara worked as a Senior Media Business Manager for a global corporate communications firm in Toronto and Los Angeles.
Tara launched Rawcology to inspire and educate people that it's possible to eat and create easy, healthy and delicious plant-based meals. In addition to teaching her regularly scheduled culinary classes, Tara developed and teaches George Brown Culinary's first ever raw vegan food course. Tara is a passionate businesswoman, teacher and public speaker who believes in the power of plant-based living to promote optimal health and wellness. When she's not in the kitchen developing new recipes, Tara can be found enjoying the great outdoors – whether it's discovering a new city, going for a run, hike or slowing down with a picnic in the park. plant-based chef
