I find writting Poems and stories are my way of escaping my mind (Which is a pretty tough place to be :/) and reality.

My Idol: Andrew Dennis Biersack.

Andy Biersack. I could say many things about this wonderful man, but one thing is, through his music he has been a Saviour when others were unable to help. I moved states in 2008 and had to start a new school, I knew no one. I was alone all the time, bullied, even beat a few times by a fellow classmate and rejected in the cliche scene of being a "freak" with all that jazz, and I fell into the wrong way of venting my frustration, rage and sadness. I have the courage to admit that I shouldnt be doing it, and that I am doing wrong to my body but I am slowly stopping, I turn to music and Writting now instead of the scissors. In early June, I stumbled upon a song called Knives and Pens. After that song, I went on to look up more of their older songs before I even realized they had 2 debut albums. Soon after I bought their album 'Set The World On Fire' I drowned out the world and listened to each song, repeat after repeat on the whole CD same with their album 'We Stitch These Wounds' Like Andy has said, "No matter where you are right now blast some music and forget about life's problems." Through his music, it was like..he's by your side. He's putting forth his own effort and philosophy to aid those people that weren't as strong as him. He's reminding you, if no one cares, he's there to remind you not to bleed and it gets better. I can't put into words correctly and full-heartily, still, to say all of what his songs and lyrics mean to me. He is a beautiful, inspirational person with a gorgeous voice. He has the strength to flaunt his differences and overviews of the world. I truly love his band, with all my heart. I love him with all my heart. On the surface people see it as a petty obsession, but they'll just never know the feeling of putting so much faith into a person on the other side of the world. It's hard to explain. Listening to song after song on repeat, waiting for new albums..the realization this man's music and band have helped saved my life. Not once but twice. After telling that to someone, you wouldn't say anything. Others wouldn't understand. I hope to meet my idol someday, and his amazing band, Black Veil Brides. He's given me the ability through lyrics and encouragement to be proud, show every scar as a badge of honor. It's the strong ones who make it out of the darkness, and you always have something more in you. You can always rise above the pain, there's always a way out whether it's artistically or in your head or whatever. We are one, and we are strong.
