What happened behind the scenes of Undetale? This is what I think happened.

This is the old, abandoned version of Undertale: The Guardian. This story is being rebooted. Feel free to read through this, but it will no longer be getting updates. The new version should be accessible from my profile soon, if not already.

I feel like I'm destined for something greater than myself. Something much, much greater. But...what is it? I'm trying to line up these dream-memories, the fact a dead person's guiding me, and the fact this man called Gaster's protecting me. But why? (Book one of the Hope Project. Chara wakes up to being dead. They don't know how long they've been dead, or why they woke up. All they do know is that this blind kid next to them needs their help. And that help will be given, whether Chara likes it or not, because their Souls are connected somehow. Featuring a narrator!Chara, and blind!Frisk, and everyone else. Basically, a re-write of the Pacifist route.

Most people might say that Chara is completely evil - that there is no redemption for Genocide. But what if Chara wasn't evil? What if she was always with Frisk? Through all the Neutral Routes, and even Pacifist. What if they had always been together? This is the story of Chara, and how she was awoken by Frisk's determination.

In your defense, the movies make possessing someone seem much easier. Rated T for implied child abuse and suicide. A look at Chara and Frisk learning to cope with being stuck together. Charisk.

Frisk gets to make a lot of friends in the Underground, but they did not expect to be whisked away on a very long adventure with a girl called "Player". They certainly did not expect to have a seemingly repetitive journey through the timelines either. Why has Player not decided to leave yet?

When a human enters the underground, they are surrounded by centuries of trapped magic. Those with a strong will, with high levels of determination, may be blessed with a gift. The red soul, the soul of determination, may have saves and time, but another soul could rival that power, if only they would brave the cursed Mount Ebott.

Frisk wanted to save everyone in the underground, and they thought they had, but Asriel told them about Chara, the first human. Now, Frisk is determined to save Chara, no matter the costs. Can Frisk truly save Chara? Or will they see that maybe it was a lost cause? (Frisk and Chara are both female)

After stopping their No Mercy run, Chara decides to let Frisk do things their way. Follow along as they confront everything from murderous flowers to the person they share a body with flirting with every living thing they see. It's sure to be a wild ride. Sort-of sequel to "It's You, Chara."

Frisk runs off from the orphanage in order to find a suitable home. What they find instead is something beyond their wildest dreams.

Frisk was mistreated by her real mother and now she's running away. She ran up Mount Ebott and fell right through. Will she survive? Who will she meet along the way? Will she make friends? Family?

X.A.N.A. has the world taken hostage by gaining control of nuclear missiles. The only way the gang can even stop him is by doing whatever he says. Slowly, their minds deteriorate as X.A.N.A.'s true vendettas are revealed.
