I got my pen name (shamelessly stole, if you must know) from a short story by one of my favorite authoresses, Tanith Lee. It is pronounced "you owe us". As for personal details, all I will divulge is that I'm female, over 21, married, a virgo, and have a dark and twisted sense of humor (according to my friends). I enjoy a really good story, am a huge yaoi fan, and love to write, however I have always written with pen and paper, never on the computer. I don't take lightly any insults, but welcome constructive criticism.

Now then, since you have gotten this far into my bio, and not run away screaming, I shall give you a reward, in information, of course.

I'm a Georgia girl, which means I am a "Southern Belle", and graduated high school at the age of sixteen. My mother is dead, has been for years, I don't have a father, but don't feel sorrow over my life, I don't.

If you can't tell already, my mind is a twisty, snakey thing which goes in all directions at once. Therefore, I am constantly thinking about at least five different things at once. I am currently reading three books at the same time, as well as writing occasionally for fan-fic, and, of course, indulging in my guilty pleasure of reading all of the wonderful Yaoi on this site.

My favorite shows are Bones, Fringe, Bleach, and Doctor Who.

My favorite music varies with my moods, which are mercurical. I listen to everything from Beethoven to Deathclok, and everything in between.

i am the man who died when the paramedics stopped treating me when they realized i was a transsexual.

i am the person who feels guilty because i think i could be a better person if i did not always have to deal with society hating me.

i am the person afraid of telling his loving christian parents he loves another male.

i am the man who stopped attending church, not because i don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind.

i am the person who has to hide what his world needs most, love.

i am the daughter afraid to tell her mother and sister, both homophobes, that i love my best friend, another girl.

This reminds me of why I don't go to church. Don't get me wrong, I believe in a higher power, God, if you will, I just don't believe in society's depiction of religion. My whole problem is this: If God is love (as the christians say He is), then He should have no problem with a homosexual relationship.Love is love, whether it is between a male and female, two males, or two females. Or, for that matter, between multiple partners. If there are three people (or more) who all love each other, and consent to all being together, I don't think God would have a problem with it, if he truly is a God of love.

This also reminds me of the last time I was in jail. After I got booked in and my group was led to our cells (at four a.m) the guards felt compelled to give a thirty minute speech on the wrongness of "liasons" between cell-mates, and how it was "unnatural." I was a bit taken aback to say the least. So, if you ever find yourself in Fulton County, and have the misfortune to be locked up, be prepared to find yourself faced with red-faced guards trying to "keep you on the Godly path."
