Hey everyone! Here's a little bit about me!

I've had this account with Fanfiction.net for years, but only recently found the courage to start writing. For the handful of people on the Earth that remember, I once posted the first chapter of a novel-length story I intended to write. That first chapter is as far as I ever made it, until recently. So, for those very few people I disappointed - if you're somehow still on here reading stories - I apologize. I'll now be starting to write one-shots and stories of various lengths (i.e. LESS than 60,000 words).

I love writing enormously, but have extreme trouble organizing my thoughts, and more importantly, a very bad habit of rewriting what I've penned while typing it out for posting. I know this because it is what happened while writing a story I intended to publish on this site. Now, however, I don't believe I will be posting that work due to it's nature. I will be, however, writing more one-shots for publication here as soon as I put pen to paper, as it were.

The reason for my repeated mentioning of one-shots is simple. I will be using them for a very important purpose: testing the fanfiction waters.

What do I mean by this? Well, as most of you know, it's been several years since both the Book Series and Movies, were completed. It is my greatest fear that interest in Harry Potter fanfiction may decline. Given the enormous popularity of the Potterverse, however, I'm hopeful it hasn't. If I can see, reflected in the number of reviews I get, that readership is strong, then I will begin work on a story I've had rolling around in my head for some time; a new and very long tale covering the Hogwarts Years of Lily Luna Potter, Harry Potter's daughter. That's all I'll say for now, seeing as it's being written is dependant on the success of my one-shots. Also, I don't wanna give away the story. There is a chance that I will offer the idea and all my currently written backstory to another author for writting.

So, this is it - the beginning! I hope all of you enjoy every story to come.

My promise:

I WILL NEVER ABANDON ONE OF MY STORIES: Some of you, at least, will know the pain that comes from falling in love with a story, written by an author of great skill - just to find out that the story will never be completed. It sucks, to put it mildly, and I will not hurt you that way, lol. Every story I write - ESPECIALLY - muli-chapter fics, will be COMPLETE before I ever begin posting it. That means - planned, written, typed, edited, spell-checked, and all. So, if you fall in love with any of my written work, know for sure that even if you're on the first chapter, the LAST is already ready. I will simply update the story once a week.

Finally, I'd love to start getting to know other authors, so if any of you can spare the time, I'd love to know ya! LOL.
