![]() Author has written 46 stories for Chronicles of Narnia, Lord of the Rings, and Hunger Games. "If I find in myself desires which nothing in this world can satisfy, the only logical explanation is that I was made for another world." - C. S. Lewis *UPDATE: 1/19/14* Hello everyone! I would like to inform you that due to my schoolwork load and a lot of stuff going on in real life that I will not be updating as frequently as I would like. I'm sure you can tell because I haven't updated any of my stories in months. It pains me greatly to leave these stories unfinished for now, but I an not abandoning them. They will be finished at some point in time. I am slowly but surely working on another chapter for 'Born For This' and updates for 'Their_Majesties at CairParavel. gov', 'Children of the Mockingjay' and 'The_Fellowship at MiddleEarth. com'. Thank you for you understanding, support, and patience! The Lion's Blessings, narniagirl11 I love Narnia!!! My favorite books are "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" and "The Horse and His Boy" by C.S. Lewis as well as "Pearl Maiden" by Sir H. Rider Haggard. As to the appearences of the friends of Narnia: I hopelessly imagine the Pevensies as William Moseley, Anna Popplewell, Skandar Keynes and Georgie Henley. However, in my stories I will describe Lucy's hair as blond because that is specifically mentioned in the books. Caspian - well, I imagine two Caspians. There is Caspy the Fake who appears in "Their_Majesties at CairParavel. gov" and he is totally movie-verse, including head over heels for Susan. She, being book-verse, thinks he's a jerk. :) When I write about Caspian X, aka the Seafarer, I imagine him with blondish hair though perhaps his eyes are still brown. I can imagine Eustace Scrubb as Will Poulter but since I haven't written much about him, I haven't thought too hard about his appearence. Jill Pole is just an average looking girl. Blue eyes and hopelessly straight brown hair, perhaps bangs. Nothing special in her looks, because it's her heart and courage that matter. I imagine Polly Plummer as having short hair, perhaps a little wavy. Not sure on the color. Digory Kirke as a boy has dirty blond hair. Religion: I am an evangelical Christian and proud of it. I attend the Evengelical Free Church of (insert name of my town). 'For God so loved the world, that he sent his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.' John 3:16 'For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not by works so that no one can boast.' Trailers for 'Born For This' now available! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_rZzZJyILw&list=UUWuK6tVqdjoO84yYoR0kj2w&index=4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WkbUeXHOH4 The Narniac's Creed I believe in a Lion named Aslan He is good but not safe, At Aslan's roar, even the trees bow down. He has another name in our world. He's not a tame Lion, it's true. So I will take the adventure that Aslan sends, Until further up and further in Favorite Quotes!!! "True courage is about knowing not when to take a life, but when to spare one." - Gandalf, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (movie) (This has to be one of the best quotes and pieces of advice period!) "You wouldn't hit a guy with glasses, would you? You hit a guy with glasses. That's...well played." - King Candy/Turbo, Wreck-it Ralph "I'm going on an adventure!!!" - Bilbo, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (movie) "He's a beaver, he shouldn't be saying anything!" - Susan Pevensie, Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (movie) "Only you can finish this story. How will you end it?" - Aslan, Narnia: Someone Worth Dying For - my story "We could go back and pretend none of this happened, but we won’t. We can do this: together. We can step across this line and make a change. We will always be kings and queens, even in our own world." - Caleb, Narnia: Someone Worth Dying For - my story "I have a surprise!" "So do I." "Oh, I bet mine's bigger!" "I seriously doubt it." - Mother Gothel & Rapunzel, Tangled "I have to say, you were pretty impressive back there." "I KNOW!!! I know." - Flynn Rider & Rapunzel, Tangled "If we don't live what we believe, we'll start to believe what we live." - Heather, Narnia: Someone Worth Dying For - my story "Frankly, I'm too scared to ask about the frog." - Flynn Rider, Tangled "We are kids." - Edmund Pevensie, Narnia: Prince Caspian (movie) "A boy in the street made a beastly joke about Queen Susan, so I knocked him down. He ran howling into a house and his big brother came out. So I knocked the big brother down. Then they all followed me until we ran into three old men with spears who are called the Watch. So I fought the Watch and they knocked me down." -Prince Corin, Narnia: The Horse and His Boy (book) "I was trained by the finest Telmarines archers." "Well if that's all they've got, we might stand a chance after all." - Prince Caspian and Susan Pevensie, Narnia: Prince Caspian - Deleted Scenes: Training the Archers (movie) "He must have known what he was doing." - Susan Pevensie, Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (movie) "He must know what he's doing." - Lucy Pevensie, Narnia: Prince Caspian (movie) (Ironic since Susan said this in LWW but now turned away from Aslan.) "No fear, no retreat!" - Reepicheep, Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (movie) "Puddleglum's my name. But it doesn't matter if you forget it. I can always tell you again." - Puddleglum, Narnia: The Silver Chair (book) "The bolt of Tash falls from above!" "Does it ever get caught on a hook halfway?" - Prince Rabadash and Prince Corin, Narnia: The Horse and His Boy (book) "Aslan believed you could...and so do I." - Edmund Pevensie, Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (movie) "Now is the time to be strong. Never give in!" - King Caspian X, Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader (movie) "If he tells us to hurry one more time, I'm going to turn him into a big, fluffy hat!" - Peter Pevensie, Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (movie) "Supposing I started behaving like Lucy. I might threaten to stay here whether the rest of you went on or not. I jolly well think I shall." - Susan Pevensie, Narnia: Prince Caspian (book) "Oh, buck up, Susan. Give me your hand. Why, a baby could get down here. And do stop grousing." - Peter Pevensie, Narnia: Prince Caspian (book) "The term is over; the holidays have begun. The dream is ended; this is morning." - Aslan, Narnia: The Last Battle (book) “That's the worst of girls. They never can carry a map in their heads." "That's because our heads have something inside them." - Edmund and Lucy Pevensie, Narnia: Prince Caspian (book) "If the Witch knew the true meaning of sacrifice, she might have interpreted the deep magic differently. That when a willing victim who has committed no treachery, is killed in a traitor's stead, the stone table will crack, and even death itself would turn backwards." - Aslan, Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe "Now at last they were beginning Chapter One of the Great Story which no one on earth has ever read: which goes on forever: in which every chapter is better than the one before." -C.S. Lewis, Narnia: The Last Battle (book) Enjoy my stories! |
