A hearty hullo to everyone who stumbles across my profile page! My name is Sylvia, and i'm a 16 year old girl, who has a passion for writing fanfics. I live in the lovely city of Vancouver, a place where you're always surrounded by lush forests, sunny beaches, and majestic mountains. In high school, I specialize in English and Social Studies, and, I don't mean to brag, it's just something i'm very proud of, but I once got 100 in English last year (2005) and 98 in Social Studies this year(2006). My passion for Engish and writing helped me win my High Schools Most Outstanding Student Award, which I hang proudly above my computer for inspiration! In my spare time, I adore reading. My favourite books, and will always be my favourite books, are the Anne of Green Gables series. They're just perfectly splendid, butThe Odyssey andInkheart come in at a close second. Of course, being someone who lives in the 21st century, I couldn't survive without my television. Sure, it has the title of "The Idiot Box" but I don't give a crap. I watch 8+ hours of television a day, and seriously, I have NO trouble concentrating in school. Then again, I always make sure I have a good nights sleep, with a healthy diet and regular exercise, so television ismore of a "pat on the back" I give myself for a job well done. Now, are you wondering what television shows I watch? Maybe not, but i'll list them anyway! - 15/Love, of course! Oh, and I love watching Vancouver Canucks games. I'm a hockey fanatic! The ice, the fights, the 90MPH slapshots...what's to dislike? |
