![]() Author has written 4 stories for Inuyasha. 6/13/12 So I deleted some profile stuff (not that you've noticed) mainly because it sounded, well, really immature. Also, the stories I suggested were...questionable (or deleted). My taste has evolved, and I can no longer stand sex scenes that appear to be written by 12 yr olds that obviously have NO idea what they are saying. Personally, I am 100% for the "M not MA" thing that is being enforced. I am sorry I don't write very well. I try, but my reading standards are so high and my writing ability is so low, I have a very very hard time accepting my own work...my old stuff is actually just as questionable as the stories from back in the day I used to read (minus the explicit adult scenes). BUT. The main reason I am updating this nuisance is to say: "I HAVE A PLAN!" But also: "It may take me a while..." The story I am currently working on has been so thought out and so theorized and everything is so very much justified I have pages and pages of notes. Now I just need to get it into the story. Happy Reading! Kaikie ?/?/00's somewhere? 1: Ranting 2: A little about my stories 3: A little strange help to writers who need more in their stories, along with my challenge. First, I love any ideas given to me, if they aren't what I'm looking for, they most likely start off a HUGE chain of events, which sets off a huge immagination streak. I actually picture whatever I'm reading (or writing, in this case) as a story and from all points of veiw...I'm also told that I show the emotions of what I'm writing on my face... I had been writing in my notebook and looked up to see my friend staring at me oddly. She then burst out laughing, saying that I was more entertaining than some shows on TV (seriously, that's not very hard.) Anyway, My first ever fan-fic is The lost shard and I seriously don't know what to say about it. Kagome faces Naraku, alone, Inuyasha makes a couple of stupid choices (not unusual), and Kagome and Kikyo face off. The jewel isn't completed, and nobody knows why. (this is counting the shard in Kohaku's back.) Three Thirty in the Morning is my baby one-shot. I love this story. I've been dreaming about it for practically a half year before I actually typed it out, and I think I got it almost perfect. I have been getting a lot of suggestions to make it into a full-blown story, but I'm really afraid of ruining it... ON HIATUS And last, but not least is my newest…Sides of the Story. It’s a continuation of the "The Lost Shard." I really didn’t like how the fist story started out, it was poorly written, so I stopped it (at a cliffhanger, I’m sorry…not really…) and began the second "installment." But, the bad news is, you do have to read the first story to understand some of the crazy crud that’s gonna be happening…soon… :D And, I’ve been seeing many stories that have nice plots/conflicts, but they are written too fast, and it seems rushed, things happening before they should, and it appears like they haven’t thought out what’s happening. Now, they might have thought it all out, but just didn’t feel that some things needed to be said. But to help them, (or you, if you need this too,) I have composed a little (abet, strange,)…umm…thing…to help. The spoon was set on the bench. (now, if you were just scrolling down at this took you by surprise, read last paragraph…) A good way to go about making this seem a little more explained, ask yourself questions. First the obvious. What did the spoon look like? Was it rusty? Was it bent? Did it have any odd characteristics? What about the bench? Then, ask stranger yet…Who set it on the bench? Was it a girl? A guy? What did they look like? Was it a sign to someone else? Maybe, it was a sign to someone that they were being watched. Maybe it was an inside joke shared between two friends. Then deeper…How did the person feel? Where did they go afterwards? Da-anng…you can write a whole story on the phrase "The spoon was set on the bench." My Challenge: Write a one-shot on a spoon being set on a bench using whatever fanfiction you write best…Inuyasha, Harry Potter, Friends…whatever. Let me know, and I’ll read and review. That's about it, and I have to go, so talk to me, I love to hear anything. Even from people screaming at me to pull my stories off the net (thankfully I haven't gotten that yet) or ideas from imaginative people who may see things differently from me. : ) Until Later, Kaikie P.S.
