Every year in early August right before school starts, every child between the ages of 14 and 18 are required to go to the Justice Hall and be matched with a lifelong partner. The day was created in attempt to produce a steady marriage and diverse children. It was named Coadunate Day, and Gale has dreaded it for as long as he can remember.
