To a spying Obi-Wan's complete shock, Padmé manages to convince Anakin to abruptly quit the Sith and run away with her. Just like that. With no regrets. After killing all those younglings. Can he even do that?

Galaxy changing events don't just suddenly occur. They are the result of a series of small steps. Now dealing with ROTS. Rated M to be safe.

Complete - The mission went well. What a nice change of pace. Too bad just getting back to the Temple is so difficult. Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka are shot down on their way home and need to find a ship to get off-planet and figure out who shot them down.

A secret, a crash, a loss – so soon after Anakin and Padmé's wedding, a tragedy pushes their marriage to the breaking point. Meantime, Obi-Wan and an old friend seek out the missing couple and deal with their own relationship. Formerly "The Rising Sun".

Obi-Wan spent the first ten years of his life with his parents until an accident changed that. Under the guardianship of his aunt and uncle, his life has become anything but what he would have wanted. Will he break free and allow the Jedi to help him?
